My experience on the trip to the ChesapeakeBay was good. I learned about the oysters’ habitat called a benthiccommunity, that lives on the bottom of the water. There are little species that are so tiny that you are not able to see one unless you are looking under a microscope. It becomes a habitat when environmentalists take the oysters and dump them into rivers and the bay where they can filter the bacteria out of the water which has a good affect on the little creatures. Then the little species can live on the oysters. We took each of the oysters out of the basket and observed them to see if we could find any other species with the oysters. We saw species like baby crabs, shrimps and fish. This was a good trip.   I would enjoy going on another trip like this.
